Mr. Ben D’Souza is an entrepreneur. He is the founder director of M/S Neil chemical Industries. A company that manufactures specialty chemicals and drug intermediates. He has 15 years’ experience in pharmaceutical companies. Government of India has granted five patents to him on drug and drug Intermediates. He is the Founder of DIFLC. He has good experience of conducting training program at corporate levels. His contribution to the institute is immense. He has been training people in the industries, schools and colleges since 2000.

Mrs. Philo D'Souza has done her bachelor in arts and B.Ed. in Mumbai University and MS in psychotherapy and counselling in Italy. She also did her Theology in Italy and studied there for 4 years. She has worked in NGO for 19 years. Out of that 4 years were directly involved in education and overall development of Adivasis. She has been teaching Communication skills and personality development in different schools, colleges and companies since 2000. She is a trustee of St. Xavier’s Mahad. She has also worked in Gregorian Public School as VP for 3 years. She worked in J. M. Rathi English School as Councilor for 2 years. She has been teaching English since the time she joined J. M. Rathi English School in 1999.
